MX-nails
Tapered head going over to long slim shank makes the difference.
The MX-nail has been developed especially for extra thin walled hooves. The shank is very thin in correspondence to its length, this decreases the risk for hoof-splitting. The tapered head fits well in a majority of shoes. MX comes in two sizes, MX 50 and MX 60. MX 50 is designed for thinner horseshoes (6 mm) while MX 60 with its added head length fits best in a thicker shoe (8 mm).
